Terms and Conditions

  1. In order to participate in AuctionRex, register must acknowledge that you must read, understood and agree to our terms and conditions, rules regulation stated below and anywhere in the website. These term and condition may be updated occasionally without prior notice.
  2. To register must be 18 years older. The information of the register must be current, accurate and truthful including name, address, phone number and email address. If any changes are made, register is responsible to update all details. Auction rex reserves the right to validate customer’s account by email or phone. If the information is incomplete and/or false we reserve to right cancel, delete or suspend your registration 
  3. Once you have placed a bid and you won any of our auction items, you are considered as legally binder a contract that you are the purchaser of the product and responsible to pay and pickup within time frame or shipping (condition apply depending on the item). 
  4. If any auctioneer left unpaid and/or pick up within timeframe, the bid will be suspended, and we will charge 10% or minimum $15 restocking fee. So, your account will be deactivated until you pay restocking fee of your all item on your invoice. 
  5. The payment must be made online within 3 days from auction end date through PayPal, Debit, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, e-transfer or upon pick up through cash, debit or authorized credit cards. Any suspicious card payment would be cancelled. 
  6. The customer must pay standard sales tax on the top of each item’s winning price. The tax would depend on each state standard rate. We may impose buyer’s premium on the final price or the winning bid. 
  7. For the warehouse pickup, customers must pay full on the whole purchases. You CANNOT pay partial and pick up partial of the entire order. 
  8. If auctioneer fails to pay and/or pickup on three separate events, the account will be permanently suspended. 
  9. If any dispute arises, Auctionrex will take legal action on it. If necessary, we will send to the collection agency for unpaid balance. 
  10. For non-shippable items we will notify on the item descriptions. The shipping charge will apply on the items and shipping charge will vary depending on the products and shipping location.
  11. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, disqualify, delete any bidding items and/or bid at any time with or without reason. 
  12. Auctionrex does not have warranty on everything. We offer 7 days warranty on some certain electronic items that we provide information on the description. If any item does not work properly or defect on it which was not found on the description, we will work through it and will provide you replacement or store credit. The 7 days warranty will start upon the delivery/pickup date. 
  13. All auctioneers are encouraged to their due diligence on their purchases. If any winning price is over bid/overpriced, Auctionrex will not take responsibility. The bidder cannot cancel, request to change the price or return the items.
  14. Auctionrex reserves to right alter, cancel and add term and condition along with the content of the site at any time.
