Refund/ Exchange Policy

Refund Request

We have the exchange or refund option for Electronic goods. One needs to contact us in 7 days to raise his refund or exchange request with details reason and pictures. This is only valid if the product was not found as description. Once we confirm, one will have 15 days to ship the goods back to us. To be eligible, the item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that someone received. We will also require a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase.

Refund Confirmation

Once someone’s return is received and inspected by our expert inspection team, we will send him/her an email to inform about receiving the product(s) and we will also notify him/her the approval or rejection of refund. If approved, credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s credit card or the payment method (paypal) within 3 business days and refund will appear in 5-10 days in his/her account or credit card.


Restocking fee

Please handle our products with care and respect. A 25% restocking fee may apply and/or you might not eligible to get refund or exchange, if the product (s) are not returned in their original condition.


Return Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.   We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we won’t be responsible for lost merchandise.  We cover only one exchange per purchase per customer.
